Calendars The North Central Communities Conference is an important resource for our community leaders in the North Central PA six-county area. Word is getting out, and this is your opportunity to be part of this major regional event. The conference will feature informative concurrent workshops designed to meet the needs of local communities. The workshops are organized into four tracks: Community Development, Energy, Transportation and GIS Training.
