PAYMENT POLICY
North Central Internet payment policy has been in effect since March 1, 2001. We no longer be sending out pink late statements. These pink statements were issued to our customers that were behind on their payment. Our policy will only allow a customer to be behind schedule on 2 monthly payments. If payment has not been received for 2 months your account will automatically be turned off, so you will be unable to gain access to the Internet. Once your account has been disabled you will have 15 days to pay the full amount plus a $10.00 re-connection fee. If payment is not received within the allotted time your account will be forwarded to our collection agency, and you will no longer be able to access the Internet through North Central’s service. Please make note of this important policy notice.
