Policy

The use of North Central as your Internet Service Provider, construes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. North Central Internet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and to change pricing or services at any time without notice. North Central makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including damages suffered by Customer, including, but not limited to, loss of data from delays, no deliveries, misdeliveries, or service interruptions caused by North Central Internet's negligence or Customer's errors and/or omissions.

Use of Service
This service may only be used for lawful purposes. Materials and/or transmission in violation of any local, state or Federal regulation's) is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, threatening or obscene material (pornography), or material protected by trade secret. North Central Internet exercises no control, whatsoever, over the content, quality or accuracy of the information passing through it's server. Customer agrees to refrain from mass postings of the same message to many inappropriate USENET Newsgroups (spamming). You agree to refrain from mass, unsolicited-mailings and you agree to post advertisements only where appropriate and where advertising is allowed. Customer's agree to respect the conventions of the Newsgroups, lists and networks to which you are posting, including rules more restrictive than, but not limited to the above. North Central Internet reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and the right to terminate any account at any time if Terms and Conditions are not met. North Central Internet may, at its discretion, terminate a customer's account for abusive, threatening, or profane/vulgar email or voice messages directed toward any North Central Internet employee

Payment
Service is invoiced on a monthly, semi-annually, or annual basis. Accounts will be automatically renewed unless North Central Internet is notified in writing 15 days prior to the expiration date of your service. Prepaid accounts are not refundable for any reason. Accounts that are unpaid for a period of two months will be terminated. Terminated accounts may be reinstated upon payment of any outstanding charges plus a $10.00 reconnect fee. Interruption of your account does not relieve you from past due and ongoing charges. After a period of 15 days from termination of an account, delinquent accounts will be turned over to a collection agency. At this point the customer can only be reinstated upon payment of any outstanding charges plus the fees for opening a new account.

North Central Internet is not responsible for any telephone charges incurred by dialing a long distance phone number.

The Customer shall indemnify and hold North Central Internet, their directors and employees harmless from any and all damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fee's, arising out of or related to Customer use of the Internet or Customer's breach of the Terms and Conditions of this agreement
