Development Commission's Export Marketing Program.
The North Central Pennsylvania Regional Planning and
Development Commission is a certified Appalachian
and Pennsylvania Local Development District.
The North Central Local Development District serves the six
counties of: Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Jefferson, McKean and
Potter. The Export Marketing Program is one of numerous
services offered by the Commission that include: Loan
Assistance and Packaging, Government Procurement, Job
Training, Site Development through the Keystone
Opportunities Zones, Economic Development, Industry Training
through the Industrial Technical Education Center (ITEC),
Geographical Mapping, Entrepreneurship Assistance, and
Multi-Media Telecommunications to include being an Internet
Service Provider.
