REGIONAL LONG RANGE TRANSPORTATION PLAN
 The Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) serves as the official adopted plan for the north central Pennsylvania region and will be used by transportation officials and decision makers to guide the expenditure of transportation dollars for at least a twenty-year period. The long range transportation plan will have a multi-modal focus including roadways, public transportation, bicycle/pedestrian, freight, rail and air facilities. The plan will also look at the effect transportation has on land use and economic development throughout the region.
