SMALL GAMES OF CHANCE LICENSE

Available to eligible non-profit organizations which have been in existence at least one year at the time of application.
License is valid for one calendar year from issue.
Provide current copy of organization's charter, articles of incorporation or bylaws when applying for license.
An executive officer or secretary must be present to apply for license.
Regular small games of chance license fee - $100.
Limited Occasion small games of chance license fee - $10 (special eligibility requirements).
Special raffle permit fee - $25 (Must first purchase regular small games of chance license.)
Bingo License

Regular bingo license fee - $100.
Available to eligible non-profit organizations which have been in existence at least two years at the time of application.
Must provide current copy of organization's charter, articles of incorporation or bylaws when applying for license.
An executive officer or secretary must be present to apply for license.
License valid for one calendar year from issue.
Licenses shall be publicly displayed at games conducted by licensees.
No person under the age of 18 shall be permitted to play bingo unless accompanied by an adult.
Bingo shall not be conducted more than twice in any one week.
Prizes awarded shall not exceed a value of $250.00 for any one game.
Jackpot games shall not exceed a value of $2000.00.
No more than $4000.00 in prizes shall be awarded in any calendar day.
Only associations licensed to conduct bingo shall be permitted to advertise.
Advertisements shall contain the name of the association, date, time, location, whether cash or merchandise will be awarded.
An association shall not advertise the prizes or their dollar value nor shall they advertise a guaranteed prize dollar amount.
Recognized senior citizen's group license fee is $50.00 (who conduct bingo for members only.)
Limited bingo license fee is $15.00. May conduct bingo one period each year not to exceed 3 consecutive days.
